Greenline Realty partners with mortgage brokers and accountants to manage the property side for your clients — sourcing, strategy, build and settlement — in a partnership built to benefit all three of us: your client, your business, and ours.
"Should I buy an investment property?" is a question your clients bring to you — and until now, answering it properly meant sending them somewhere you couldn't vouch for. This is the better answer.
Investment-grade house and land in data-picked growth corridors, modelled in plain English — cashflow, tax position, depreciation — and coordinated with the advisers they already trust: you.
You've answered the question without adding headcount. Brokers: your client comes back needing an investment loan — that's yours. Accountants: the structuring, depreciation and planning work that follows a purchase — also yours.
Property sourcing and strategy. That's our whole lane, and referrals only keep coming when your clients do well — so our incentives sit exactly where yours do.
Your client buys an investment property — and needs investor finance to do it. You keep the lending, the clawback risk stays low, and the client stays yours. BID-safe, aggregator-friendly.
The broker partnership → For accountants & tax advisersReal property isn't a financial product — refer with confidence, review everything first, and choose your own fee position: referral fee, client rebate, or nothing at all. Disclosure templates supplied.
The accountant partnership →The fastest way to kill a referral relationship is silence. Here's the cadence, so your client never wonders and neither do you.
You introduce your client. We hold a three-way kickoff so everyone knows who does what — and what we won't touch.
We work through goals, borrowing position and whether house & land genuinely fits. If it doesn't, we say so and hand back.
Corridor analysis, cashflow and depreciation modelling, and a shortlist your client can judge in plain English. You get a copy.
We manage the package, contracts coordination and build milestones — finance and legal stay with the partners your client already has: you.
Your client settles; you get the full picture — and a client ready for the next conversation with you.
A partnership like this only works if your client relationship is protected — so we protect it in writing, before your first referral. Straight up: Greenline Realty is an independently owned company. We're part of a referral network of separate businesses, and yes, we share a name and a history with one of them — Greenline Home Loans was our first referral partner. Today they're one of many. We tell you this upfront because our partner deed makes it irrelevant: for clients you refer, our entire referral network is switched off.
You choose the services you provide — lending, conveyancing, tax, advice. For your referred clients, our referral arrangements with any other business, including Greenline Home Loans and Greenline Legal, are suspended in those lanes. Every need goes back to you.
If your client asks us for finance, legal work or anything outside the property lane, we're bound to decline and hand them straight back to you — every time, in writing if you want it.
Breach it, and you can terminate immediately — with your clients' existing engagements protected through to completion. A non-compete without consequences is a promise; ours is a contract.
Refers investor clients for property sourcing; keeps all lending and conveyancing under our deed. Founding referral partner, 2026.
An independently owned brokerage and our first referral partner. Listed here on the same terms as every other partner — no more, no less.
Independent legal practice. A referral partner for clients who don't already have a conveyancer — never used where you provide legal work.
Accountants: referral fees are your call — take one with full disclosure, rebate it to your client, or take nothing and keep it purely professional. We supply the disclosure templates either way.
Fifteen minutes. We'll walk you through what your clients get, how referrals run, and the deed that protects your side of it.
