Our story

Built around the investor, not the transaction

Most investors have to assemble their own team — a buyer's agent here, a broker there, a conveyancer somewhere else — and hope everyone talks to each other. Greenline was built the other way around: our property strategy coordinated with award-winning finance through referral partner Greenline Home Loans, and conveyancing through referral partner Greenline Legal — independent businesses working to one plan.

Our focus is investment-grade house-and-land packages in Australia's strongest growth corridors, selected with data, modelled to your cashflow, and managed from first conversation through settlement — and beyond.
